VOCAL is Voices of Concern for Animal Life, a local nonprofit group that does excellent work dealing with urban animals. Today is their seventh annual book sale: small, but with books donated from excellent people who therefore have good taste in books. (Mostly.) For a total of $28.50, I picked up:
